Same here. That is an awful long time for a problem like this not to be resolved. Bet they will lose a lot of business today.

Going all the way back to the beginning, their website has always been their weakest link. By now, they've had every opportunity to bring it up to speed and they simply refuse to do it. Who knows why, it makes no sense. Heaven only knows, the programming has become unwatchable. That leaves the website and which lacks functionality. Not good for an entity looking to do business and with recent financial reports that are increasingly not all that pretty.

@mistriTsquirrel. Well it's more than obvious, given the recent security issues, that fewer IT people isn't working. Time for Plan B.
