A family member changed their apt and car insurance to Progressive that is online. They got a really good price.

We have ours with an agent in our town. But not as good as what they got with the online insurance.

Does anyone have online insurance and is it safe and ok? I am not sure if I would like that or not.

I have Progressive for 4 years and have had no issues.  I had one claim to make in which I was able to speak to an agent and the claim was taken care of.

Its very easy for me to make changes to my auto policy on the fly without making a call.

Yes it is safe @CherryHugs , I have auto, homeowners and life insurance all online. I've had them for years without any issues. Geico/Travelers and New York life to be specific.

I've had online GEICO / Travellers for five years or so.  It's convenient and easy to use.  But there are times I wish I had an agent to talk to.  I currently have a question about my condo policy and don't know who to ask.  And my six-month auto premium (GEICO) just shot up 22% without warning or explanation.  I called GEICO customer service and talked with someone who told me the increase was caused by the usual suspects we hear about in the news these days.  I'd figured so much, but why 22% and not 10%.  Needless to say, I'll be shopping around

I got all my insurance online--no problems except for when a tree hit and destroyed the 2nd level of my house--then had to call MANY, MANY times to get that fiasco figured out ----

I've had USAA for 41 years and all dealings are over the phone or online. Fantastic insurance and we've never had a problem ( claims include 2 House floods, and an RV that was a total loss because RV park flooded).

Now that I'm here........Any opinions re: online wills/trusts. ?

I've seen an occasional ad for Will Tr*st or Tr*st Will (I don't recall the exact name).

Looks like a good idea for simple wills/trusts.

It's available for each specific state laws.

I've been with AmFam for about 25y, home+auto.

I just now got a quote from Progressive online and it's 50% higher than what I'm paying now with AmFam.
