I know we've had lots of threads about this, but I just got this email and laughed!

I ordered a present- Christmas themed- in late November. I got an email shortly after explaining it would be shipped shortly. 

Here's the journey:

Sent from Chicago on December 3.

Ended up in another city in Illinois on December 7.

Left that city and back to Chicago on December 8.

Left Chicago and arrived in city near us on December 10.

Took a nap.

Left city near us January 6, and ended up in our mailbox.

Guess it will wait until next December.

I'm sure there are many who've had packages with longer and more scenic trips.  We should be so fortunate to be able to travel so extensively during these times.

@Kachina624 - So true! Actually the "nap" part sounds nice to me- but maybe not quite that long!

@beach-mom . I had several packages that napped in the Atlanta distribution center. Evidently one of them never woke up.

@beach-mom   It might have been fun to ship yourself.  Think of all the free rides to sightsee other cities.  LOL

I'm glad you package finally showed up and you kept your sense of humor about it all.
