I smoked for years before I quit. I've had my lungs checked several times since then and I was told they're in good shape, as if I'd never smoked.

Even if that's the case, Brandonlee, I bet you'll feel better and avoid emphysema and other nasty cigarette related conditions.

they are allowed here in bars and in Sky Harbor airport. I haven't heard anything about them being banned in a lot of places. It's a huge move to allow them in the airport which has been totally smoke-free for years.

Some states are banning them indoors, but not AZ as far as I know.

I worked with a nurse who smoked for 35 years and just assumed she would die with a cigarette in her hand. Better-half, too, was someone who had smoked since he was a teenager and quitting seemed like an impossibility. Both tried vaping and gave up tobacco immediately.

I would recommend vaping over any prescription medication. Too many horror stories about Chantix. Better-half now collects different flavors -- all wonderful to smell -- and it's funny to see how the smell of tobacco smoke offends him. He can smell it coming from a car three lanes away.

Now I don't smell smoke on him or in his closet. The best part? His cough disappeared overnight. I wouldn't have believed it.

The trick is to find the right system for you. Some are poor so vaping won't work for you. Do the research and get the best one you can find -- it'll be worth it.
