We're at Cracker Barrel for breakfast. My husband saw his surgeon this morning. He'll be having a valve replacements on Thursday. He will be in the hospital for roughly 5 days.  

Lots to do to prepare. He's not worried, rather anxious to get it's over when and have more energy (sigh)

I'm sorry your husband has to have surgery but it's good that he is looking ahead to after it's over and he's feeling better.

Monicakm, good luck with your dh's surgery.  Positive thoughts are coming your way.  It was my birthday last week and we went to Cracker Barrel for lunch.  Never disappointed.

I had two major surgeries in August at the UW Carbone Hospital.  It took me 12 weeks of recovery.  I am doing fine.  I am scheduled for an appointment with my surgeon to reconnect my "parts" in 4 weeks.  This is supposed to be an easy surgery🤗🤗🤗.
