some of those homes look like they still have the furniture of the owner's in it. I don't hear anyone mention where their furniture will fit. Do they leave that out now? It's not staged, I have seen those. Too many personal items on counters and shelves. It's always neat and clean, but I wonder. Ones I saw today were homes on the beaches, and some southern CA vinyard properties. Talk about taking your breath away!! Wowsa.
So, do you think they bring in their own stuff? They were beautiful homes.

My assumption is the owners remove their furniture once they sell their house. Unless it specifically says it is being sold furnished.

In some of the shows I've seen that are 2nd homes or beach homes, it comes furnished. So often the furnishings are unique to the setting, makes no sense to take it out.

Most of the time when someone is seling a home they are still living there. Thus when it is shown their belongings are still there. They will take the stuff with them when they go to their new house.
