And let's not forget the non-stop shows of Dooney bags!  Ugh!

I swear, some dummy at QVC bought up a couple large warehouses of old, un-sellable Dooneys, and they just can't unload them on us!    I hope that person got fired!

I do not know of anyone who watches a shopping channel for entertainment.  I have it on when I am looking to buy .  Many times it ends up being background noise because the show has yet to peak my interest.

I like the way that HSN lists their program schedules.  I can check shows past and future to look for items I am interested in purchasing.  I do not have to wonder what will be presented on a program with a generic title.  I can shop my B&M stores on line to find and price my desired product before I leave home.   There are many shopping options and lots of competition out there.

We keep hearing and reading about the sales at QVC declining alot.  Maybe listening to their customers thru many media methods might tell them something.  Some people have received questionnaires from QVC.  If QVC is asking our opinions they must want to know what we are thinking.  Most of what is said is meant to be constructive.  Not all things posted here are meant to be mean but the posted responses try to silence views they do not agree with.

@Gram W.......if you want to know what programs are going to be on each day, all you have to do is go on to the Q's face page.....on the top of the page there is a listing of Previous on Air, Item on Air, something else, and then Program Guide.  Program Guide will tell you what is on and the time they will be on.....it is given in Eastern time.  QVC offers the same things as HSN.

For years I used nothing but poly/cotton sheets.  I still have some of them for my Queen and Full sized beds.  They do launder beautifully and last a very long time.  And they don't fade.  Personally, I am glad they are coming back with the poly/cotton  (60/40).  Really, I don't care much for the other sheets I have.  If they are made to be wrinkle resistent, they have something in them that I don't know about and I don't like that.

Why the snarky remarks towards this thread? The OP is adding some humor to an otherwise dreary rainy/snowy Thursday.

@Tinkrbl44 The Q is the worst place to buy a Dooney.

@JaneMarple.......being "snarky" seems to be the norm on here lately.  Hoping that will end once the holidays are over.  We have lost some very good threads on here in the past few days because of all the "snarky" posts that have been made.  This is why the mods have been pretty busy......

From the looks of things on here now, it looks like this thread won't be on here long either.....  So sad.
