I guess you could ride a mototscooter in heels. Central Park West and 72nd Street. From Lost in History LOL...I don't what a motorcycle looks like 1965. Guess it could be either one.

I guess you could. There was a woman in my former neighborhood who rode her bike to work in good weather and she did it in high spike heels. She did it for years. She be all dressed up for her office job, short skirt and all, riding her bike.

And it even looks like she's doing her nails during a traffic stop. I won't comment on what I think of either activity.
Oh yeah - and no helmet either!

This looks like a Vespa, from the 60's.
Go to Rome Italy. It's not uncommon to see women and men dressed up riding to work on their Vespas.

It's not a smart idea to ride in inappropriate shoes and no helmet. She probably feels safe. I wouldn't with the taxis, ubers, other drivers and people on foot.

back in the 70s I rode my HD wearing sandals...no helmet...

@GCR18. It appears to have hand controls and a flat floor so the type of shoes probably doesn't matter. She needs a helmet though.
