Ok, I added the orange juice to my champagne and I like it. Usually at the day after Thanksgiving Brunch there is a lot of Mimosa but i never tried it. I always drank just the champagne. Yea, it taste fantastic lol.

@Sage04  Actually, I have everything I'd need to make them... I'm going to see if I have just a split of champagne... That, I could handle... I can't justify opening a whole bottle just for me!!

We haven´t heard from the OP who started this thread @jackiew . Hope she´s nusy making Mimosa but she could also be overjoyed at the good news from her son-in-law about the recovery of his friend from the COVD19. @jackiew  it´s ok. Cry, Scream if you want to. Itś the best news ever.

Yay Miimosa Day!

For Mimosas i freeze OJ in ice cube trays with strawberries and add them to the glass and fill w Champs or Prosecco

Swap out the OJ for Peach nectar to make Bellinis. Love Bellinis!
