On a call and the other person constantly talks to someone else in the background....

I know your advice would be to quit calling, but what if it is your Mom? Grrrrrrrrrr........

It's almost like step-dad doesn't want mom to talk to me. He constantly asks her questions or tells her stuff as soon as I call. OR he needs to use the phone and she has to hang up.

She has a cell phone, but doesn't want to use it because it costs $1 a day for the days she uses it. You'd think maybe she could call me on her cell but she doesn't want to spend the buck!

I swear I'm going to quit calling. I don't know if this is a control issue, if it's jealousy or what????

Know anyone like that?
