[PA Mom-mom]

I watched part of the Covid Senate hearing today. As usual there were some good questions and some gotcha questions and some bashing going on. However, did anyone appreciate Lamar Alexander's dog's unconcerned snoozing in the background? This is an earlier picture, but today he was on a doggie bed. If I find it I'll switch it out.

@Travone  I pulled this pic from the internet. It was from a previous interview. Today the dog was sleeping on a doggie bed. I can't find the pic from today but will switch it out when I find it.

I like how the dog bed was situated as the centerpiece of the camera's view.  The sleeping dog gives a sense of calm and friendliness to the viewer.  And the background of the stone fireplace, pastoral landscape painting, and exposed rough-hewn beams provides a sense of sturdiness and history.

I imagine the dog thinking, "Oh Dad, how you do go on and on."

If I remember correctly it seems like it was one of the witnesses if you want to call them that. Maybe Dr Redfield? I didn't watch much of it. But I saw a little and I remember the pup barking and it was the only part I liked 😂 Besides Alexander's dog which I only just saw a few minutes ago.

I thought it was funny, it looked like Lamar was purposely leaning over to one side so that the dog was the centerpiece.  Cute dog.
