The grandparents had absolutely NO clue their grandchildren were in this horrible situation.   Again, the grandparents live in southern West Virginia.   

I am not aware David Turpin has any issues with his home area, but what I heard from his wife’s siblings in TV interviews certainly sounded like she had no interest in ever returning to this area.

I only just now saw video of the parents at their sentencing, I presume;  they were crying.  For themselves, of course.  What a sorry sight.

I don't believe the possibility of parole should be part of their sentence.  They have forfeited that by their years of deliberate torture of these innocent children.  Unspeakable evil that at least finally was uncovered.  Praying the children can heal and recover (albeit slowly) from this barbarity inflicted on them.
