I freeze bc I don't have the patience to can.  I just look up roasted tomatoes and it'll tell u the temp and sprinkle with a little olive oil and salt and pepper. I only cook half the time they call for bc when I use them I cook them into food.

@Nataliesgramma, take a look at shuttle tattooing on Craftsy. I have taken many classes from them, and they were really good.
