I will agree that some callers are just a waste of time, but I get tired of the host and vendors using the same scripted message for a particular product time and time again, and I see the callers as a "break" in the mundane presentations. Some of them are endearing and some are quite funny, and still others are actually pretty good at selling the product.

I hope Q doesn't take the calls away, because we will just have to listen to the "script" more times in the few minutes they present.

QVC makes a lot of money with their business. If the testimonials didn't help with sales, I doubt if the company would continue it.

Though I don't watch TV, mostly order online (all shopping, not just QVC). But if I am watching, as I sometimes do during my early breakfasts, I kind of enjoy the ladies who call in.

Oh no, does this mean there is no chance of the Q getting rid of phone call testimonials!
