That's just plain silly!  Good luck on your move @sfnative!  Maybe it will be easier that this "move" has been. Smiley Wink

Did you change your email address too?  Otherwise, why would it matter?

Hi @sfnative,

I wonder if we might be able to assist you? Can you e-mail us at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com so that we can look into this for you and forward this to the Community Team if necessary?

Your avatar changed gender, too.

Looks like QVC actually HAS run out of gray ladies!

Don't feel too badly sfnative.  I've been registered since 2010 with several thousand posts.

I called Corporate.  They called it a "glitch".

At this point, I couldn't care less.  They've lost me.

Best of luck on your move tomorrow! :-)

@Peaches McPhee

Yes, it's a long story.  Every time I want to purchase something, I have to go throuhg a song and dance with customer service, because my San Diego email continues and continues and continues, even after CS assured me that it had been changed.  This means that my purchases have been way down, which has saved me a bundle, I must say, but I would like to order a few Halloween items and am still stumped.

Bottom line for me is that I just don't get why this has turned into rocket science.  In my field, "The patient has died."

I really do not understand at all why having the number of past posts or your start date on here is such a big darn deal to some of you. WHO CARES? What difference does it make?
