You just do not know why they made this decision. There are many reasons and not everyone can do ""till death do we part"" and be in a healthy relationship.

What good is technically going by the rules (the death/part rule) if you are in a toxic relationship.

It's part of the growing trend called 'gray divorce'.

A trend? That's just plain sad to even think about. I can't see myself and DH parting in such a way. Until death do we part......

Yes, I know, I guess with people living longer, they do not want to deal with that person for another 10-30 yrs. Just another example of our 'throw away' society.

Yep! I guess there are many who have no sense of commitment or devotion anymore.

Ahhh.... I remember lip synching to Kokomo at recess. Smiley Happy

He and Toni had more hits than I remember and were invited to perform for the Queen and Betty Ford. Toni also provided background vocals for Pink Floyd's massive hit album The Wall.

I spoke about "until death", regarding my marriage. I wasn't making a blanket statement that divorce should NEVER take place. There are good reasons to divorce, but after 38 years....it strikes me as sad.

I thought they broke up years ago. About the time he was on the Q selling jewelry or something?

Think you've got the wrong guy.

My bad. But, I really thought it was him and it broke my heart then. Now I have to remember who it really was.

My grandparents did it after over 50 years, so it does happen for good reasons.

Never heard of them, but it's sad to hear about a marriage ending in divorce. {#emotions_dlg.crying}

It's probably just a spat.

Did Danny Divito and Rhea Perlman go through with their divorce?

Sad news.
