Went to Costco today for routine maintenance of my hearing aids. Drifted over to the Food Court to get my wonderful mocha freeze, which I haven't had in ages. Well I was hungry and can't believe I've never, in all these years, had a Costco hot dog so I got one. Boy oh boy was it yummy.

I didn't add mustard, just had it plain and it was dee-lish. They were selling these hand over fist and I can see why. I think I'm done eating for the day!

DH loves the hotdogs at the Costco food court and was so sad when they shut down during the initial Covid wave. Now that they have reopened the food court, he usually orders one and eats it without the bun...but puts lots of stuff on top. I don't do hot dogs, but he always orders one for me and eats that one, too!

@Love my grandkids   You can purchase those Kirkland Beef Dinner Franks, in the case by the bacon, lunchmeat, and other hotdogs.  Yes, they're huge, but you can keep a few out to use and freeze the rest for another time.

Husband and I are suckers for the frozen yogurt with strawberry sauce.  We share one.

It may be worth joining Costco afterall.  I've got one close.

Before we changed our lifestyle, we used to do our shopping and have a chicken bake at the concession area.  Sometimes we'd share an ice cream afterwards.  These days we'll get pizza and just eat the tops or a bun less hotdog.

@Duckncover Even during the WA state lockdown the food court was open. They did tho remove all the tables and markers were on the floor for distancing.

Tables have been back for awhile but I notice people aren't using them very much.

@Kachina624 The food court is open to the public! No membership required.

Yes, the food court is priced right!  My husband loves hot dogs, so I get the vegan dogs at Trader Joe's and pile on all the fixin's including kraut.  It's been years since he has had the Hebrew National that they used to sell at the food court.
