If you have a porch or patio try hanging it outside for a few days. I've even hung things in the garage and smells came out. I once had a towel that my cat had peed on... I washed it to get the worst of the smell out then took it outside to put in the trashcan but the cans were out front so I left it on a chair to throw away later. It ended up staying there a few days and when I picked it up it didn't stink anymore. Anyway so that's what I do now... which is also great for things you can't wash.

I have pour white vinegar directly on the underarms of a garment and had success. I think diluting the vinegar may not be as effective. You have nothing to lose. Let the blouse sit with the vinegar on it several hours.

I have an idea: Martha Stewart is pretty particular (pun intended), and I'll bet that her website will have several solutions (another pun, lol).
