Odd experience w/josiemaran dot com

I had placed an order on Thurs and its status today said awaiting payment.  When I called their 800#, first odd thing was that the rep pronoucned her name as Mo ran. Never heard it pronounced that way on Qvc.  2nd odd thing, she said my payment hadn't been processed because of the weekend and today's holiday.

When you place an order, it says awaiting payment. That is normal for their site. Next you will receive an email saying your status has changed and they have shipped your order. Don't worry! 

I cant say anything about how they pronounced her name!!
