I just hope @KingstonsMom experience is not a trend that QVC is adopting.... there are a lot of companies whenever you want to cancel or return something they transfer you to another person to try to get you to try to make an exchange or try a similiar item, or talk you out of canceling a service ....it's darn annoying and I have to tell them I want to just CANCEL---DO IT!!!
