Love the Dillard’s approach to customer service....wish they would expand North !

I wouldn't count on it.  They used to have 2 stores here, then one became a Dillards closeout store for a few years and then closed completely.  The other store hangs on, but I rarely shop there anymore.  They don't have many sales.  Even the week between Christmas & New Years when most other stores have After Christmas sales they don't have a sale, but save it for one day, New Years' Day,

Been there, done that.  Now I purchase six of my favorite and when one starts going down I immediately replace it.  Hopefully, by doing that I will never have to go through hunting for a lipstick again.
