I have a old one ,my car is 22 years old, so been there a while, bought goo be gone, tried  quite a few things, any ideas?

There is a product called Goof-Off  It works,

Try Goo Gone. I think Goof Off is for latex paint.

@goldensrbest  It depends on if the sticker is plastic or paper.  Olive oil as long as the sticker isn't plastic where nothing can penetrate the surface. 

 

Most likely, it's plastic, so I would try using a hair dryer to heat up the plastic sticker and hopefully melt the adhesive if its on the paint.  If on the glass window, I would use a razor blade.

Yes, i do think it is plastic,on a painted surface of my car.
