OK, ladies, I realize we've (meaning us females) have done it to ourselves, but I am sick to death of seeing all of these weight loss plans and foods and my oh my! You get the message. Think about it....when was the last time you saw any male in anything that even resembled a weight loss commercial! Well, get ready because we are entering the New Year! With the new year comes commercial after commercial telling all of us females that we absolutely need to loose weight and their product is the best way to do it! It seems like every one is worse than the previous commercial. I'm all for being healthy and getting fit. That doesn't mean that I want to hear about it every few minutes. I realize that even the fattest male is pretty much happy with himself. However, I also realize things aren't going to change. However, I feel better now that I've vented. Thanks for at least letting me do that.
