@shoppersince1989 I'm willing to bet it's the Soy. MANY people react to it and in different ways. Soy is a cheap and I mean CHEAP high protein filler; it's in just about everything we buy and the first choice in many packaged diet foods to boost the protein. Atkins tends to use more whey than soy but WW packs in the soy.
Usually having 1 meal isn't a big deal. But you're having large amounts of it in EVERY meal plus your snack when using Nutrisystem.
Just a thought.
