I tried the QVC TSV for NutriSystem 2 months ago. So, I'm 2 months into the plan and get an e-mail from QVC that NutriSystem doesn't have the means to fill the orders and the order is on delay. The TSV from NutriSystem was for a 4-month supply. What am I to do now?? As much to my surprise, there is an hour of NutriSystem on right now. I called customer service and they could only tell me the above information and wait and call back in a few days to see if there is any resolve. Most of the items on tv right now, I have in my pantry. The rep also told me it was because of the TSV program was for a "choose your own" program. As of now, they aren't giving me a choice to choose another program as I chose the All-American at that time. I'm sorry but if you start a weight-loss program and assume your going to be on it for 4 months, then after 2 months, there is not enough supply - what does that tell you about the product?? I've been a long-time customer of QVC and this is the first time that I am very disappointed with them. If one of their suppliers cannot fulfill the obligation, then they need to assess their dealings with them. I just cannot understand because of the change of "program name", that they are on tv selling this product now but have me on an order delay from 2 months ago. Is there anyone else that feels this way and has gotten caught in this tangled web??
