@SharkE I'm not going to ask the social team at this stage. QVC typically sends a message when something has shipped. That's when I may ask the social team for further info. The problem with that is when I'm checking to see when an item is delivered and I'd need to know how many days are left for returning it. We'll se what tomorrow brings.

I couldn't sign in to the forums using my Mac desktop. My password was incorrect supposedly, but same password is fine on my iPad. Go figure!

What puzzles me is why you would spend over $1000 for a bracelet you saw on tv?

Yeah, I had to change my password few weeks ago.

I always make sure I come in clean in here, delete

history and cookies, etc.

Since I've changed passwords I've gotten the password change thing again. Not gonna change it

every 5 minutes. I just waited and got in.

This is the only website in my daily travels that I have trouble with.

Always something to contend with. I can't edit my messages for going on a yr now. Complained and all it got me was time wasted.

Perhaps they are alternating Items Recently on Air and Order Status. We get to see either one or the other, but not both at the same time. A smoothly functioning website does not seem to be a priority yet.

@SharkE My order list has mysteriously appeared, after being zero for the month. An older order has shown up, so now i can track its return, if possible.
