...Received an email from ShopHQ this morning that an item I ordered a month ago was sold at a discounted price within 30 days of my order, so they are refunding me the difference. I knew they did this, but I thought you had to confirm it yourself and call and ask for the discount.

I had the same thing happen at HSN with a wallet I purchased. They would never do that at QVC!

I returned a pair of jeans to Amazon using their return label (on their dime). Within hours of dropping the package off at UPS I got an email from Amazon stating they had issued me a credit.

The Q has some work to do in the speed department. Processing takes forever.

QVC does do that. I ordered something, and a month or 2 later it went lower in price and they issued me a credit.

I got a letter today from BLAIR giving me $15 off my next purchase because the their UPS truck broke down when they picked up the packages. Another company gave me my money back because I didn't know the sweatshirt was in red instead of grey like the tee and hat.
