Now I'm REALLY scared!! Root canals linked to serious illnesses???

After reading the article foundinlv posted the link for on my previous root canal post I am really considering canceling my appointment for tomorrow. Since reading that article I started searching, and I've found many other articles claiming the same thing. 98% of terminal cancer patients previously had root canals???? 93% of women with breast cancer had root canals??? and the cancer appears on the same side as the root canal was done??? This is just one of the many articles I found linking root canals and serious illnesses.

Why have I never heard this before? Does this concern anyone else?
