Now I heard everything..Time Warner Cable..

My son calls me on his cell that the Garbage Truck took out our cable. We have no phone, internet, and TV.

So trying to report that?HAHAHAHA!

First I try the phone...automated...try to explain to the computer I have an outage to report..HAHA..again.."oh you need technical support - let me transfer you.." to a number that is no longer in service..I hit 00000 a bunch of times..and am then put on hold..

Meanwhile I go online to Chat and Analyst Angie..answers..I explain I am trying to report an outage and get nowhere on the phone..that the Garbage Truck took out everything from the pole down and it is lying in the road.. she then said she can help me with that.

She then asks me if I have a Time Warner Store/Lobby near that I can run over and get the wire..I am like you are kidding right? I am 100 miles away almost at a job site...on my laptop waiting for a work appt..and even if I did..do you expect me to climb the pole and hook it back up?? I mean seriously????? She then said she reported my problem and disappeared..No survey at the end like they said lol..

meanwhile I am still on hold..keep hitting 0 and finally a LIVE BODY!!! He helped me, gave me a confirmation # and said they would call 30-min before arriving..it would be emergency repair today..

How about an option on the automated system..reporting an outage? Sounds too simple..

So lets see if they show!
