Is anyone else NOT receiving emails after placing orders on line or not receiving the daily TSV email. Only way i can check my orders is on Order Status page.
When I place order online, at bottom of order it says email will be sent to me, but do not receive any?

You may have to reset your "Alerts" notification. It is located in the "Settings" section in "My Account."

I am getting mine, but sometimes it takes awhile. In other words, not instantaneous, as we have been conditioned to expect.

You might want to check to make sure they aren't going to your "junk" or "spam" folder in email - you can designate the qvc email as "safe" so they get to you.
