Not one to complain...love the q....

BUT, I just spent 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold for customer service. They said i had a 5-minute wait for my turn. Last week they They cancelled an order for me that never arrived. Good CS as usual. Money was refunded and done. Of course the package came two days later. My call was to have them recharge package to my account because I am keeping it. I guess I will give it another try tomorrow.

@cody2  -  Today is free shipping and probably not a good day to call.  Are you able to email the social team instead?  

 

Maybe calling Monday would be a good option if you're not able to send an email.

@cody2   Instead of waiting on line, just email QVCSocialteam@qvc.com.  They will take care of your order. Just give all the information.

Darn it! I didn't realize that it was free shipping. But I don't really need anything so it is probably just as well I didn't know.

@cody2 I just did a "Chat Live" with customer service and was the only one in queue.  They resolved my issue quickly.

They always do me too. Always. This was just some kind of quirk. I could of just hung up. But I was doing desk work so I let the phone stay on hold just to see how long it would last. It outlasted ME, lol.

I always use live chat also, never wait more than a few minutes.

I have problems using my fingers accurately on the keyboard which makes that a very slow procedure to me. I spend half my time back spacing to go back and correct my mistakes. But your are right about that.
