@on the bay Honestly? I would never expect people here to start looking for me if I were only gone 2 weeks. As many posters and topics? No, to me that's odd that you would expect someone to look for you after 2 weeks. I guess I just don't have the fan base to understand that. I didn't think it was mean, just honest.

I have previously had issues signing on or able to post for various issues. I don't know the correct terminology but I don't have a fan base or very popular and would be surprised if anyone would notice. Just stating the facts about life. I have a very small group of friends . Plus small family. I do appreciate all the help that I have received for various questions and problems. I am not on any other social media.

I just want to say, I'm sorry too.

I guess we all have different experiences using these forums.

Everything from those who never read anyone's posts but the op's and their own to people who post together every day.

So I guess I'm seeing how people use these differently.

And I can see if there aren't many everyday connections, people don't notice when someone stops posting.

So as everything else, there are so many different feelings and experiences about this.

As for me, I notice and enjoy (or not so much!) the different people here and they are people with different feelings, experiences and emotions and moods, so I do notice when someone who posts a lot or I post with on same threads, goes missing.

Iguess I'm learning again , just because I or others feel a way or feel the way the op does there are many other feelings about this, that don't exerience the same.
