@cody2 thanks. Yes, we go back a long time. I would probably still be living there if at least one of my children had stayed, but they moved to other states, then I did. I do miss the area, but also like where I am now, recent frigid temps not my thing, though!

@september. This may sound funny, but we lived so close we might have run into each other at Trader Joes lol. When you made the decision to move I kind of felt sad. I knew we were living the same lives at the same time living close to each other. I stayed 6 months after losing my husband to be closer to my kids and grandkids. I am glad that your new life worked so well for you.

To all who made comments...thank you. I have been here since the beginning and have made many friends here and at HSN when they had an active board. I value those friends that have been in my live so long. Also, thanks to those that never liked me. You schooled me by teaching me it is sometimes best if I really keep some thoughts to myself. Sometimes I still forget my hard earned lessons. But I try.
