Not Interested in Selling?

Guess QVC is not all that interested in selling their products. I was actually going to purchase a piece of jewelry and I did put it in my cart. Now cannot get back into my cart (says that same old stupid "Generic System Error". OK, I will just find that piece of jewelry again and could not get into the homepage at all for a few minutes. Finally got in and I found the ring but once again "Generic System Error" when I try to actually order it. Wonder if anyone else trying to order just thought heck with it. I know I could call and order but all these problems with the system just might be a way of me realizing do I really need this piece of jewelry and of course the answer is "NO".
