Most of these "hotnesses" should learn how to shave that scruff.  No matter how long it takes, a real beard just won't pop out.  Not all, but most look like they never learned how to clean themselves and use a razor.  Just me...

Another thought about Cillian Murphy... 

I think his defining role was in "The Wind That Shakes The Barley," about two brothers who fight against British forces in the Irish War of Independence.

His acting range is incredible.
