I just recieved an email 5 minutes ago telling me this service is still being offered.  Not sure why it didn't work for the OP, but it seems they are still offering the service.

Well, I sent in a copy of my return slip (6) times and......nothing. I was told by a customer service rep the other day that QVC no longer offered the service. I too received an email with the address of the QVC quick returns in my email box. I'm not sure if they are still doing it or not, as they never processed the return information I sent them six times ago.

Just want to add

i use this future write away since I slready sent 2 packages for refind and one for exchange. In all 3 cases I got answers within @3 hours. It's work just fine

After QVC gets it, I wait 7 business days and if refund hasn't been processed by then, I email the return tracking # to the Social team, they verify it was received and issue my credit


@KingstonsMom , I do the same thing as you do.  I have one return that was received on 9/22 and I'll give them 7 business days as well.  If nothing shows, I'll email the social team as well.

 

Problem is, sometimes is can take another week to see the credit.  And I've learned to keep an "eye out" for a charge of 6.95 saying I used their label which I do not.  I got charged 3 times for it and each time, it takes about a week to see it credited back.  Just ridiculous IMO.
