not sure yet if he is going straight to prison?

his sentence COULD be stayed pending appeal.

@sunshine45 I work in a law firm and I was just asking my boss if he will go straight to jail. She lives in the county where his trial took place and actually rides past Bill's house each day going home. She said the judge denied bail pending appeal so he'll go straight to jail. Although I work in Philly (our court systems are clogged and appeals can take a few years), Montgomery County is a small county so his appeal will move up the court system pretty fast.
