I can't stand football. It's too violent. The hype for this game is way over the top. I will be watching Downton Abbey and my husband will join me. He is a baseball fan and will watch the Super Bowl sporadically. I have transmitted the Downton addiction to him.

I have zero interest in sports, spectator or not.  I have never watched more than 5-10 min at a time of the Superbowl *or* the ads *or* the half-time show.  Bored by all the hype. Most of the time, unless a team is in my area, I don't care who wins either.

The game starts at 3:30 pm PST.  I'm on the east coast and we're 3 hours behind them, so the game starts at 6:30 pm EST.  I know I will not be asleep at 6:30pm and I will be watching since I live in North Carolina, home of the Panthers....  

GO PANTHERS!!!!!!!

I have no interest in it at all.  I'll watch it our team is there...but most of the time it a big bore.  I actually host parties at my house.  My husband is good at cooking and putting together some great finger food.  So I have 6 to 8 (relatives) guys over the house.  I clean up and watch something else upstairs.  They fill their need for food and beer and then go home.  Till next year....

it is a fun game to watch,  lots of strategizing .  ...despite all the time outs. exhilerating.and nailbiting when its two great teams,  a tied game and the 2 minute warning
