No Sound on Videos!

Am I the only one who's not getting any sound on the online product videos?

No issues w/video sound. Did you turn the sound on? Some of the videos have the sound off as default.

If you are on a computer & still having sound problems even w/the sound setting on on both the video & your computer, see if restarting your computer helps.

I have just recently noticed that Q is changing the format of the item pages and videos.

I never had to turn on the volume on one of their videos, but some of the new ones, I now do need to.

Not a fan of the new look of the page when these items come up, either.

Yes I too have to click on the their volume link as it's all the way shut down. At first I thought it was my computer but it's not.

fortune, this happened to me as well. Apparently the default for the video is sound on mute. I un-muted the video and now it works fine. HTH.

@fortune, underneath the video on the horizontal bar, there is a small speaker/microphone icon with a red "x" next to it. The red "x" means the sound is off. Just click on the speaker icon and you'll get sound. HTH.

I have the same problem, but I have no sound on other web sites as well, so I think it's my computer. I am so sorry I downloaded Windows 10. That's when my problems began.

I have the same problem - i can watch QVC on my computer live and all is good - but if i want to watch a video on a specific product....i get no sound - the video is okay, just no sound - I have checked everything I can think of but it doesn't work. Funny tho, I can watch videos on HSN and hear the sound...no problem with them, so what's up with QVC videos? Anyone have suggestions?
