they started this shabby conduct as they were "too busy" with the pre-silver show. I found several pieces for gifts, and a few for myself (are ging back) but next day, they said it should have been done. Not only that, but the day before the silverday they sent out (only hours after I placed the order) my shipment, w/o any notice. I called C.S. twice and always the same story, they didn't knlow and it should be done.
I think they are now being so cheap in their manpower, that they refuse to confirm the purchase, that has all the info on it, along with a picture of the item. I know I can get a summary, but that is not the same, and I greatly resent their squibbling over money to refuse to take care of this. Same, with the shipment notice. In some cases, per regular post, they prop items in my reg. apt. mail box, instead of leaving it at the front desk, which ismanned by a large staff. I want to keep an eye on it, for obvious reasons, with 600 pax here in the buildings.
In other words I am miffed and wonder whether this is happening to other people?
