We've been sitting outside today for hours in our glorious, sunny 68 degree weather, and have not been visited by the deer 😒...but were visited by this Greater Roadrunner.

And of course, Cricket with us

@MamaWick. The whole time I lived in Texas, I never saw a roadrunner. We have them all over the place here in New Mexico though. People feed them raw hamburger and they get quite tame, even pecking on the door for a handout.

I was piddling in my garage recently, turned around and one was standing right behind me, watching me. We chatted.

Wow! We don't have birds like that here. Don't get me wrong. I love all my birdies, but the variety is slim, especially when it comes to colorful types.

As always your little girl takes the best pics ever!
