I have always been a early bird but about 6/8 months ago I started to stay up later .

Well now I'm a late bird staying up to 3 or 4 !!!

And still getting up at 8:30 or 9;00 and no tiredness...

Well it's 4:47 am and I have been up since 4 am. No matter how late I go to sleep, I always wake up at 4 am. I don't want to, but I do. I can lay in bed, toss and turn thinking I will go back to sleep and it never works. Once I wake up, I'm awake for the day. I don't nap during the day either. Normal time for me to go to bed is between 9 and 10 pm.

Definitely early bird. I function best in the early morning hours.

Night owl. Still up. I do have a little one but I sleep while he is at school. I am a stay at hme mom and just can not seem to sleep at night and get my sleep in ""nap"" spurts.

me neither gidget. Even if I'm out late (which is rare), I'm still up early.

BTW, that new Cameron Diaz, Kate Upton movie next month would be one I think we'll like. I saw previews on it, and it looks funny!
