Camilla and Kate should have offered to help.  Instead they just stand and laugh as the Queen struggles with it.  

Maybe that's the way to do it in the age of social distancing - cutting the cake from 3' away.

@ValuSkr - I think it's all about protocol. Camilla and Kate probably weren't supposed to "help."

I think Charles was especially happy to be there. He has been passionate about environmental issues his whole adult life!
