I was at Target in the late afternoon today to pick up a few groceries (their Mac & Cheese is awesome in the refrig section by the meat).  I also picked up a gift card.  I was using one of the carts you drive around and I get to checkout and I drop my purse. I was leaning over to get it and this guy from Target came over and picked it up for me.  That was so nice.  Then the cashier I had was also very nice.  It felt like Christmas was in the air.  I always have a good experience shopping at Target. Have you noticed that Christmas spirit?

As a matter fact, I too had a very nice gentleman ask if he could lift a heavy bag of rock salt at Home Depot for me...couldn’t believe it, and here I thought chivalry was dead and buried😀

The clerks who work at Target or any other place that serves the public should have that Xmas spirit all year long. I would not shop any where I was not treated well.

It does feel so nice when people offer to help. When I'm at Costco, I'm short and have trouble reaching the shelves - and someone, male or female, always comes to my rescue. One time, I was in their parking lot - putting my groceries in the trunk. A man just parked his car and ran over to me because he saw that I had a case of water at the bottom of my cart. He asked if he could help me - and he put the water in the backseat of my car.

I shop online at Target..and I've done most of my Christmas shopping there. They have a wide variety of products! Tonight I got some pet toys..they were 15% off! When you use their Redcard you also get an additional 5% and free shipping! I got a darling Christmas pillow last week, it was $7 and change! I've contacted their customer service and they're always nice.

@emmysmom  I have a Red card too.  You can't beat the free shipping and I also order online but today I felt like going into the store and they have the carts you can drive (I have trouble with my right leg).  Everyone is always pleasant but today it was different and special.  You could just feel it.

@blackhole99  I know what you mean but today was extra special and it was in the air.  I shop at Target quite often online and in the store so some employees know my face.

Target has great customer service.  Glad you had such a nice experience.  I will try their mac and cheese.

I no longer have a car..when I did, I did my grocery shopping and ALWAYS found something on their clearance rack..their decor..etc! I had to stop...too many temptations! Its bad enough now! Lol! Glad you had a great day!
