Any of you who belong to  Nextdoor.Com in your area should appreciate this you tube video.  I think it is spot on and pretty funny.

@grandma2pkmh   You're right on!  They are still going on and on about a school levy and why it should be defeated (it's been 1 week since it was soundly voted down).  I'm not even in that same school district (thank goodness), but I do find their rants to be entertaining!

@grandma2pkmh,OMG This is hystericalWoman LOLWoman LOLWoman LOL. We had a woman flip out because a guy helped a baby snake out of danger. She wanted everyone to list acts of kindness to fellow humans and decided that all the people that were happy about the snakes survival could not possibly capable of kindness to humans. Enjoyed the video!

We got an invitation to join, but decided against it.

Laughed at the part about a car turning around in someone's driveway.

@Daisy Sunflower  You really should sign up if only for the Crime & Safety posts.  It free and you can pretty much customize it to your needs.  If you don't like it you can close your account.

I UNSCRIBED.  I was so sick of all the emails and none of them news worthy or "my time" worthy.  I tried the weekly posts and even that was TOO much.

Re: Nextdoor App

I don't need an app to tell me everytime an acorn falls from a tree in my neighborhood. I have snoopy neighbors for that. The woman across the street dared to go off to Europe for two weeks and not tell them of her plans. My goodness - they had her critically ill and in the ICU when they hadn't spotted her for 24 hours.

I agree about the crime and safety posts. I also have looked on Nextdoor for recommendations for home projects and repairs. I never receive text or email notifications from them.

I get amused when reading some of the postings. I saw a funny one a few days ago when people were discussing spottings of coyotes in the area. One person posted: "I saw a coyote driving to church last Sunday."
