Everyone is grown up with families.
Elder single sister passes away, she has several 30 - 40 age children. She had No will but property.
Her parents are gone and only one sib. , sister, surviving in a different state.
Would next of kin include the one living sister as well as children?
When dying of cancer, children wanted surviving sister to be there for the final decision for life support. Doctor said No, just children. (? odd, no?)
Children sold everything possible from house. Property on the market.
Would the last remaining sibling receive anything from the sale of home? Does the state appointed attny. (guessing here, since no will left) have the children list living relatives in order to decide?
Thanks for your insight...
