Newbie cooking question - do I need to add more time for cooking if...

I have a receipe that calls for 4 chicken breast halves as well as other ingredients.

The package I bought has 5 chicken breast halves and I would like to cook all 5 instead of 4 in the receipe since my hubby has a big appetite.

The receipe says to cook the receipe with the 4 halves for 45 mins. Do I have to add more cooking time with the extra 1/2 breast?
