I have a rolling 26 inch that is about 10 years old and much heavier than current pieces.  I wondered if anyone has thought up uses for it. I plan to donate it to goodwill if not.

@bargainsgirl.  I have lots of unused luggage (Joy Mangano) and I use them for storage of out of season clothing.  I fill them up and roll out to the garage.   I find them a lot easier to handle than bins.

@bargainsgirl If you google your question you find tons of ideas from furniture to doggie beds.Cure ideas if you are handy with tools.

I saw where people make them into kitty beds.

I have a older flat style suitcase that I stopped using years ago but didn't want to get rid of it. I keep it under the guest bed and have a change of sheets and pillow cases in it since I only change that bed seasonally or whenever I have a guest visiting for the weekend. It keeps them seperated from my standard linens.

Has anyone seen old luggage in the Sacramento, Ca. airport  ? They have a great big sculpture. Alot from the 50s and 60s. I donated my older  heavier pieces.

I just donated all of our luggage to Salvation Army.

I donated several pieces also but first filled them with items that were going to be donated also.  Surprise when they opened the suitcases .
