These stamps are all available for pre-order now on the Post Office's site.  The cactus stamps are being released on 2/15.  State of Alabama on 2/25 and Gregory Hines, tomorrow, 1/28.

The cactus stamps would be a good gift for my relatives in AZ.

One of them sent DH a birthday card and used a postcard stamp by accident.  It flew through the machines with flying colors, even so.  Go figure!  It just came yesterday.  Maybe the machines were being re-calibrated?

@Sweetbay magnolia  My step-sister sent a note from Palo Alto, CA a couple of weeks ago. The stamp was not cancelled. When I met the USPS delivery truck at my mailbox, the carrier quickly drew a line through the stamp so it couldn't be used again! We both laughted that it had made its way from CA to NE without a cancellation.

I like the Gregory Hines stamp. Too bad I bought my stamps last week before the increase.

I missed it...was going to get stamps today and thought the fee didn't change till the last day of the month.  😤
