New packaging and shipping

I just received a package of eyeglasses. The box was misshapen, and taped together by one of Amy Farafowlers chimpanzees. Because of the amount of badly placed tape on the box I had to cut the package open with a knife.

I would have to use another box to send them back. I took pictures of the box, but don't know to whom I should send them.

I am totally shocked at the service we are now receiving from the Q.

just wanted to add that I just read the warranty on the glasses. It said that it doesn't cover damage in transit. The package that arrived today was so poorly packed that nothing was protected.
